Drug screens are NOT included in the price for your visit. Drug screens are performed by an independent lab company. If the patient has insurance, the insurance company will be billed. Patient that do not have insurance will be billed seperately.
All office visits are $200. Money orders and credit/ debit cards are the only methods of payments accepted.
Yes. In the event that our attempts to receive your records have failed more than three (3) times, we will go forth with treatment.
While referrals are not necessary to become a new patient, patients are required to provide the office with imaging (MRI, CT scans, x-rays) that have been completed within the past two (2) years. Patients must also bring a valid ID and insurance card, if applicable.
Yes, IPS is a board certified pain clinic.
IPS is a fee for service medical office, meaning we do not accept insurance of any kind.
