Dr. Valley is a board certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist who received his training in the Air Force and at John Hopkins University. He has practiced for over 32 years in the field of intervention and non-intervention pain management.
Julie Gilliam, FNPNurse Practitioner
After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree at King University, Julie worked as a RN at Johnson City Medical Center for 11 years. She decided to go back to school to be a Nurse Practitioner and graduated from ETSU with a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2016. She believes in empowering and engaging each patient to pursue the best results in regards to their health. Julie believes in creating an open atmosphere in which her patients feel comfortable communicating with her so she can provide them with the best quality of care.
Julie is a huge UT Vols fan and loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her son. Her hobbies include cosmetology, which she has been licensed in since 1993, and participating in the NWTF (National Wild Turkey Federation).
Ashley Gross FNPNurse Practitioner
Ashley is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at ETSU and she earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing at King University. Ashley strives to create a safe environment for her patients to comfortably address their concerns and healthcare goals. She believes in empowering her patients, through both education and support, to help them achieve their own personal goals toward improving their heath.
In addition to her Nursing career, Ashley is a full time wife and mother; being blessed with four wonderful boys keeps her active in all aspects of her life.
Tina Graham, FNPNurse Practitioner
Tina Graham is our newest addition to Imperial Pain Specialists. Tina graduated ETSU with a Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing. She has been a Nurse Practitioner for 6 years, working at East Tenneesee Brain and Spine and ETSU. She is dedicated to providing each patient the individualized care they deserve, while striving to improve their quality of life through various methods of treatment.
Tina is married wtih 6 children. She is a huge basketball fan, along with the rest of her family, and she spends most of her free time watching her children’s games and participating in travel ball.
